30 Day "Sleep Trial"

Bedz 4 Zzzz offers a one time 30 day sleep trial on all new mattresses*. Because of their unique pressure-relieving properties, Bedz 4 Zzzz requires that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 21 nights before a return authorization will be given. After 21 days, if you still want to return your new mattress, simply contact our customer service department sales@bedz4zzzz.co.uk for instructions on how to return your purchase for a credit voucher. (**the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges**). The returned mattress must be in “As New” condition and include the original receipt, in order to be eligible for a credit voucher***.

 When does the trial start?
The 30-day trial offer starts when your mattress is delivered. It is available only on mattress purchases and products purchased as part of a sleep system.

**If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse.

***Should you decide to return your mattress, your refund will be applied in the same form as the initial payment was received. The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping and the mattress is required to be packaged as it was originally received. A quotation for this will be sent prior to shipping 

****If you would like to exchange your mattress for another mattress within the 30 day sleep trial, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping cost, as well as the cost of shipping the new mattress. A quotation for this will be sent prior to shipping

****In the event an order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately sales@bedz4zzzz.co.uk, so we can discuss your options. In some cases the boxes may appear damaged, but the product inside is not. Natural Sleep reserves the right to re-ship new merchandise if warranted.
