Care Conditions
Care Instructions:
1. Turn over the mattress every two weeks in the first three months and turn it over every two to three months afterwards. This action can ensure even wear and prolong the life of the mattress by equalizing the impression left by your body. Body impressions are not regarded as manufacturing defects since they are normal characteristics appeared as all of our mattress collections some more than others, conform to your body contours after a certain period of time.
2. The only recommended cleaning method is to vacuum the mattress to remove dust and mites. Mites will not live inside our mattresses they will live off your dead skin which everybody sheds in the normal way.
3. If anything spills and stains the mattress, use a mixture of mild soap with cold water or upholstery cleaner to clean the mattress. Apply water sparingly. Be sure not to soak the mattress with water or any other fluid. As this could have a negative effect on the guarantee.
4. Avoid all chemicals as these can seriously damage the mattress and could have a negative effect on health, &/or the guarantee.
5. An excellent way to protect a mattress is to complement it with a mattress pad. A mattress pad prolongs the life of a mattress, makes it more hygienic and also makes the bed easier to make.
6. Don’t bend the mattress. This could cause damage to the interior springs and materials. If you must get the mattress through a tight doorway, flex it gently. When carrying the mattress, carry it on its side. This is the easiest way to handle the mattress and will help avoiding damage.
7. Never use the handle on the sides of the mattress to carry the mattress only use the handles when you turn the mattress.
8. Periodiclly tighten any bolts that may have come loose on the base / Heaboard. This wil not only insure your Base / Headboard will have a longer lease of life, but it could affect your Guarantee
9. Pillows and mattress toppers will need to be "Plumped" to keep them fresh and soft, washing can help this, and you should always follow the care / washing instructions on your product
